She is so knowledgeable about travel nursing after being in the business for over a decade, and she's always straightforward with us about which contracts we will or will not match with Twice we have needed a last minute contract and she got us in to a high paying contract within a week. Our favorite thing about travel nursing is living in places we never would have known about, and experiencing the lifestyle of each new city. I have been working as an RN with Premier for 22 years. In addition to per diem shifts, they offer very competitive travel assignment packages as well. I have been with Premier since 2009, and as a CNA just out of my first job from being a new grad was excited. Over the years I've had the opportunity to work and so many different types of medical settings gaining experience along the way. I love working with Premier Nursing Services (PNS). The staff are amazing and always available. Waleed, Dale Heather, and Nancy are great people. I have not had to work with any other company besides them. They help me to stay working. Never have to worry about being cancelled. Should a hospital not require a nurse due to low census, they always call with another assignment. I love how I can be preassigned to a hospital. Another great thing about PNS is that they listen and are proactive. IF something happens at a facility, they are on it. Whether it's switching you to another facility or unit. Lastly, I never had any issues when it comes to pay. Plus, I love the gas cards. My friends and I love PNS. If you want some supplement income PNS is the company for you.
