Premier Nursing Services (“the Company”) reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Premier Points Rewards Program (“the Program”) at any time, with or without prior notice, for any reason at its sole discretion. This includes but is not limited to changes in reward offerings, point values, eligibility criteria, or redemption processes. Points earned through the Program have no monetary or cash value, are non-transferable, and may not be sold, gifted, or exchanged. Participation in the Program does not create any legal or contractual rights to rewards or benefits. Points are tracked internally and are only awarded after verification by our administrative team. Any errors, omissions, or discrepancies in point balances will be reviewed and adjusted solely at the discretion of Premier Nursing Services. The Program is intended solely for current nurses and staff actively working with Premier Nursing Services. Participation may be limited or revoked based on performance, compliance with company policies, or any violation of program rules. Fraudulent activity, falsified information, or abuse of the Program may result in forfeiture of all accumulated points and permanent removal from participation. Rewards are subject to availability and may change or be discontinued at any time. Premier Nursing Services makes no guarantee regarding the availability of specific rewards or the timeframe in which rewards will be fulfilled. Any tax liabilities or obligations resulting from rewards received through the Program are the sole responsibility of the participant. By participating, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Premier Nursing Services from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from or related to the Program.
